青黄散联合紫河车治疗骨髓增生异常综合征临床研究
Clinical Study of Qinghuangsan Combined with Placenta Hominis in Treating Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinghuangsan combined with Placenta Hominis in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS). Methods Totally 16 MDS patients were given Qinghuansan 0. 6 g/d,twice a day,and Placenta Hominis Granules 3 g, twice a day. The treatment lasts for two courses with 2 months as a course of treatment. The curative effect was determined at the end of each course,the serum WBC,Hb,PLT were evaluated before and after each course,the curative effect of each traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome type was compared. Results After treatment for 2,4 months,the Hb and PLT were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0. 05). After treatment for 4 months,the Hb was significantly higher than that before treatment and 2 months after treatment(P < 0. 05),there was no significant change in the WBC during the treatment(P > 0. 05). After treatment for 2 months and 4 months,the total effective rate was 68. 75% and 75. 00%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). In the 16 patients,1 patient was complete remission,8 patients had hematologic improvement,3 patients were stable,4 pa-tients made progress,and the total effective rate was 75. 00%. The total effective rate in group RA/RAS was 71. 43%,which had no significant difference with 77. 78% in group RAEB. In different TCM syndromes,the total effective rates of asdthenic splenonephro-yang,qi and yin deficiency,internal binding of static blood and poison were 75. 00%,80. 00%,71. 43%,respectively,and there was no statistical difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion Qinghuangsan combined with Placenta Hominis in the treatment of MDS has definite clinical effect,it has curative effect on various types of MDS and various TCM syndrome types,which had no significant difference in different clinical syndromes and TCM syndromes.关键词
