Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sodium Aescinate for treating eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery. Methods Totally 80 patients with eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the sodium aescinate group,40 cases in each group. The conventional group was given antibiotics orallyand applied with ethanol,on this basis,the sodium aescinate group was added sodium aescinate by intravenous injection. Results After double eyelid formation surgery,the remission rate of the sodium aescinate group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P < 0. 05),the regression time of the sodium aescinate group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P < 0. 05),the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were similar(P > 0. 05). Before the interven-tion,the eyelid width,eye fissure height and the score of the swelling degree of skin around the eyes skin were similar in the two groups(P> 0. 05),on discharge,those in the sodium aescinate group was significantly better than those in the conventional group(P< 0. 05). Conclusion Sodium Aescinate in the treatment of eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery has good effect,it can effectively shorten the eyelid width,improve the height of eye fissure,reduce the swelling degree of the skin around the eye,and has no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
