Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) combined with acupoint massage for treating hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods Totally 70 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,35 cases in each group. The con-trol group was given symptomatic infusion support therapy,on this basis,the observation group was given acupoint application of TCM combined with acupoint massage. The frequency of vomiting,the days of negative ketone bodies,the length of hospital stay,and the SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the frequency of vomiting,the days of negative ketone bodies,the length of hospital stayin the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better those that of the control group and the treatment group before treatment (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint application of TCM combined with acupoint massage for treating hyperemesis gravidarumhas good effect and safety,it is easy to operate and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
