Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and effects on blood fat of rosuvastatin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerostic plaque.METHODS:86 patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerostic plaque admitted into Branch of Hezemunicipal Hospital from Nov.2015 to Oct.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with anti-platelet aggregation and free radical scavenging,while the observation group was given 10 mg of rosuvastatin based on the control group.The changes of plaques and blood fat levels of two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups was compared.RESULTS:After treatment,the incidence of unstable plaques of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density of lipoprotein cholesterol level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the high density of lipoprotein cholesterol level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Rosuvastatin can significantly reduce the level of blood fat of patients with cerebral infarction,and stabilize the carotid atherosclerostic plaque with safety and effectiveness.关键词
