Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and economic value of palioprostone palmitate injection and Paliperidone extended-release tablets in treatment of schizophrenia.METHODS:84 patients with schizophrenia admitted into Chongqingmental Health Center from Jan.2015 to Sep.2016 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(44 cases)via the random number table.The observation group was treated with palioprostone palmitate injection,while the control group was given Paliperidone extended-release tablets,both groups had received a twelve-month treatment.The efficacy of two groups was evaluated by PANSS before treatment and at the 1st,2nd,3rd,6th,9th,12th month after treatment;the incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups was compared;and the cost-effect ratio(C/E)was analyzed with pharmacoeconomics methods.RESULTS:At the end of 9th and 12th month after treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the total cost and C/E of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Compared with Paliperidone extended-release tablets,the efficacy of palioprostone palmitate injection in a one-year treatment of schizophrenia is remarkable,with higher economic value.关键词
