Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application effects of tirofiban combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acuratemyocardial infarction.METHODS:84 patients with acurate myocardial infarction admitted into the Second People's Hospital of Jiyuan from Jun.2015 to Jun.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,while the observation group was given tirofiban combined with aspirin and clopidogrel.Various indexes,results of coronary angiography,incidence of adverse drug reactions and complications were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the blood platelet count,maximum platelet aggregation rate and maximum platelet aggregation time induced by adenosine diphosphate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the TIMI grading,Blush grading and CTFC of coronary artery blood of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reactions and complications of the observation group were respectively 7.14％(3/42)and 11.90％(5/42),which were significantly lower than those of the control group [23.81％(10/42),28.57％(12/42)],with statistically significant difference in comparison between groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of tirofiban combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acurate myocardial infarction is remarkable,with less adverse drug reactions and high safety.关键词
