摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of antibiotics of recent 3 years in wards of Shenzhen Futian TCM Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital")after specific rectification,so as to provide references for itsmanagement.METHODS:Data of application of antibiotics in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Dec.2016 was extracted,classified and aggregated,antibiotics usage rate,AUD,DDDs,etiology detection rate,antibiotics combined usage rate and preventive usage rate of type Ⅰ incision were calculated.RESULTS:The antibiotics usage rates were respectively 47.24％,44.32％,41.25％during 2014-2016,which presented a downtrend year by year;the AUD were respectively 33.35,34.45,34.21 DDDs/(100 person·day);microorganism detection rates of therapeutic medication were respectively 44.94％,55.35％,59.76％,microorganism detection rates of restricted-use antibiotics were respectively 46.75％,55.35％,66.06％,microorganism detection rates of special-use antibiotics were respectively 100.00％,93.10％,93.33％;preventive usage rates of type Ⅰ incision were respectively 30.18％,22.45％,28.63％;costs of antibiotics per patient were respectively 663.30 yuan,678.56 yuan,855.00 yuan,which presented an growth trend.CONCLUSIONS:After specific rectification,most application indexes of antibiotics of our hospital meet the requirements of Ministry of Health,but the catalogue needs to be adjusted,targeted knowledge training needs to be carried out and monitoring system needs to be reinforced.关键词
