Abstract
Thrombocytopenia is a common clinical manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis of SLE.Therefore, the study the pathogenesis of SLE-associated thrombocytopenia has been the focus of SLE treatment, Thrombopoietin (TPO) is the main cytokines that promotes the maturation, differentiation, and platelet release of bone marrow megakaryocytes and plays a physiological effect by binding to the specific receptor c-mpl on the target cell membrane.The role of anti-TPO antibody and anti-c-mpl antibody in the pathogenesis of SLE-associated thrombocytopenia was briefly summarized in this review.关键词
