Role of Ectopic Germinal Center in Target Organ Injury of PrimarySjogren's Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Primary Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease with the pathological basis of autoimmune epithelitis.Ectopic germinal center has been proven to be related to target organ injury in many autoimmune diseases, but the role in the pathogenesis of Sjogren's syndrome is not yet clear.We reviewed ectopic germinal center and inflammation in target organ injury of Sjogren syndrome from several aspects, including antigen presentation of dendritic cells, recruitment and activation of B cell and multiple cytokines.关键词
