Abstract
Primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome(pSS) is a chronic autoimmune disorder with multiple system involvements, which inextricably associated with malignant diseases.A series of studies have shown that patients with pSS have a higher incidence of lymphoma than the general population.Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma constitutes the majority of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma subtypes.Parotid gland enlargement, skin vasculitis, CD4+T cell lymphopenia, hypocomplementemia, and a high level of rheumatoid factor are predictors for lymphoma development.As for solid tumors, thyroid cancer has a higher risk in pSS than the general population, while colon cancer has a lower risk in pSS.In this review, we summarize the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, predictive factors, and outcomes in pSS associated with malignancies.关键词
