Application of Classical Immunosupressants in Patients with Severe AtopicDermatitis or Chronic Urticaria

Abstract
Due to the complexity of the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD) and urticaria, there is no effective drug to cure these diseases until now.Systemic therapies are necessary for symptom control of patients with severe AD and chronic urticaria (CU).It had been confirmed that systemic application of classical immunosupressants, including cyclosporine, azathioprine and methotrexate could control these diseases based on the literatures published in recent years.The clinical application of immunosupressants mentioned above in the treatment of severe AD and CU was reviewed in this article.关键词
