穴位贴敷时长与支气管哮喘疗效的相关性探讨
Relative Effect of Bronchial Asthma with Acupoint Application Related to Application Length
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application based on "winter disease and summer treatment" to prevent and treat bronchial asthma,and to explore the relationship between application length and curative effect.Methods:126 bronchial patients at remission stage were randomly divided into the 4 h group,the 6 h group,the 8 h group and the 10 h group.Ointment patches were used to BL 13 and BL17 from the beginning of the Summer Solstice,the application was done once a week for eight continuous times.The breathing scores,wheezing scores,seizure frequency per year were recorded before and after one-year treatment anong four groups.Results:The effect of the 4 h group was worse than the other three groups (P ＜ 0.05),among which,the 6 h group,the 8 h group,and the 10 h group have statistically difference(P ＜ 0.05),wheareas the 8h group and the 10 h group have no statistically difference(P ＞ 0.05).The scores of clinical symptom decreased in all four groups after treatment (P ＜ 0.05),among which the indicators improvement of the 4 h group and the 6 h group were worse than the 8 h group and 10 h group(P ＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 8 h group and the 10 h group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application is an effective method for the prevention and treatment of asthma.The curative effect is increased along with the increased application length.However,the effect will not be further increased when the length arrived at eight hours.关键词
