Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with Liver-qi stagnation.Methods:60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were evenly randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was intervened by acupoint application together with acupuncture,while the control group was by fake acupoint application together with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy was evaluated before and after three-month treatment.Results:The breast pain and lump scores were significant improved in both groups after intervention,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90％ and 63.3％ repectively,which had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application treatment is an effective method in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with Liver-qi stagnation.It can alleviate breast pain,reduce the lump and improve other clinical symptoms.关键词
