Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of cervicalspondylostic radiculopathy with distal-proximal points combination.Methods:90 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into three even groups,that is the local points group(group L),the distal points group(group D),and the distal-proximal points group(group D-P).Patients in group L were treated with Jugular Jiaji points,patients in group D were treated with DONG's extra points,and patients in group D-P were treated with the combination of local points and distal points.The pain visual scale,Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis (CASCS),trapezius tension analysis,and clinical curative effect were observed after the treatment.Results:The CASCS scores were all increased,and trapezius tension and VAS scores decreased among all three groups after treatment.There was significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The CASCS of the group D-P was higher than those of L group and group D (P ＜ 0.05).The trapezius tension of group D-P was lower than those of group L and group D (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rates of group D-P,group L and group D were respectively 93.33％,80％,and 76.67％,which had significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:There is significant clinical effect on cervical spondylosis patients with distal-proximal points combination treatment,which can greatlv improve pain svmptoms and is worthy of being promoted.关键词
