围刺联合血府逐瘀汤治疗血瘀型斑块状银屑病的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Encircling Needling Therapy for Psoriasis Plaque of Blood Stasis Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with encircling needling in the treatment of psoriasis plaque of blood stasis pattern.Methods:60 patients were randomized into two groups,each group had 30 patients.The treatment group was treated by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with encircling needling,and the control group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with Tazarotene cream.The final number of the treatment group was 27,and the number of control group was 28 after selection.Psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) and itching symptoms were recorded to evaluate the therapeutic effect after 28 days and 56 days.Results:There was a significant difference in the PASI and visual analogue scales of itching symptom in both groups before and after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 40.74％ and the control group was 32.14％ after 28 days.The figures rise to 74.07％ (treatment group) and 57.14％ (control group) respectively after 56 days,with a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with encircling needling is an effective treatment for psoriasis plaque of blood stasis pattern,which is worthy of further popularization and application.关键词
