Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaomin decoction and thunder-fire moxibustion assisted with Budesonide inhalation for allergic rhinitis patients.Methods:88 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,44 cases in each group.General signs,nasal and eye symptoms of the patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the RQLQ score of patients in two groups were both reduced (P ＜ 0.05).The data from six aspects of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),except the data from daily life.The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9％,which was higher than 77.3％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,the cases of pale nasal mucosa were significantly reduced,whereas the cases of pink nasal mucosa were increased in both two groups,in which the changes of the observation group were more obvious (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaomin decoction and thunder-fire moxibustion assisted with budesonide inhalation has a good clinical effect on allergic rhinitis,by reduce the severity of the ocular symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients.关键词
