运用步态分析系统评价焦氏头针对偏瘫步态的临床疗效
Gait Analysis on Clinical Effect of Hemiplegic Patients with Jiaoshi Scalp Acupuncture Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the effect of Jiaoshi Scalp Acupuncture on treating hemiplegic gait.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two even groups(Jiaoshi Scalp Acupuncture-treatment group and conventional acupuncture-control group).Basic medication was also given to both groups besides acupuncture treatment.Fugl-Meyer Evaluation score,as well as Spatial-temporal parameters were compared between two groups before and after one-month treatment.Results:Fugl-Meyer evaluation score and Spatial-temporal parameters in Jiaoshi group were both better than those of the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05),especially in walking pace and step length(P ＜0.01).Conclusion:Jiaoshi Scalp Acupuncture can significantly improve walking pace and shorten gait cycle time.It has a positive effect on the function of hemiplegic gait.关键词
