Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Liu's filiform-heated needling in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis from May.2015 to Sep.2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Points of ST34,ST36,SP9,SP10,EX-LE5,GB33 and GB34 were used in both two groups.The treatment group was treated with Liu's filiform -heated needling,once every two days,three times a week.While the control group was treated with regular filiform needling,followed by electrical disperse-dense wave stimulation and TDP radiation after acu-esthesia was obtained,the treatment was once a day,six times per week.After four weeks,the efficacy and safety of both groups were observed.Results:Visual Analogue Scale (VAS),Short-form Arthritis Impact Measurement Scale 2(AIMS2-SF),and the total curative effect of the treatment were better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Liu's filiform-heated needling has a significant efficacy and high safety in treating knee osteoarthritis,therefore it deserves a further research and promotion.关键词
