《理瀹骈文》外治思想探析
Elementary Analysis on External Treatment in Li Yue Pian Wen

Abstract
LiYue Pian Wen is formerly known as Wai Zhi Yi Shuo written by Wu Shang-xian.It is the first comprehensive book on external treatment,with its rich contents,obvious effectiveness,and easy accessibility in Chinese medical history.It covers principles,method,recipe and Chinese medicine.The book provides theoretical basis and specific treatment measures of Chinese medicine in full details.Wu Shang-xian advocated external treatment for internal diseases,and he produced a variety of plaster patches.He is known as the "External Treatment Ancestor" by later generations.This research discussed and analyzed Wu Shang-xian's specific thoughts about external treatment in terms of theoretical origin,action mechanism,syndrome differentiation,Sanjiao separate treatment,and the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.关键词
