超声刀与冷刀在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果比较
Laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with uterine myomas: with ultrasonic scalpel versus cold knife
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of ultrasonic scalpel with cold knife in laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine myomas.Methods Eighty seven patients with uterine myomas treated with laparoscopic myomectomy were enrolled in the study.During operation ultrasonic scalpel was used in 46 cases (study group) and cold knife was used in 41 cases (control group).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,length of hospital stay,hemoglobin concentration dropping and white blood cell count 1d after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,uterine suture time,intraoperative blood loss in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).The hemoglobin concentration dropping and white blood cell count of study group were significantly lower (P＜0.05) than those of control group on d1 after surgery,Procedures were all successful on the 87 patients end all patients recovered well.There were no postoperative infection,internal bleeding and transfusion in both groups.Conclusion The application of ultrasonic scalpel in the laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective,with less bleeding,shorter operation time and quick recovery.关键词
