角蛋白高效降解菌Fea-10的筛选与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of a High Efficient Feather-Degrading Strain Fea-10
摘要
Abstract
A high efficient keratin-degrading strain (Fea-10) was isolated from decomposed feathers by combining the method of clearance zone diameter and complete feather degradation.16S rDNA sequence similarity analysis showed that strain Fea-10 belonged to the genus Streptomyces with the highest sequence similarity to Streptomyces albidoflavus.Combined with morphological, physiological characteristics and phylogenetic tree analysis, the strain was then designated as Streptomyces albidoflavus Fea-10.Strain Fea-10 had one linear chromosome of 7.25 Mb with a G + C content of 73.36%.Analysis of the genome sequence of Fea-10 revealed that it contained abundant secondary biosynthesis gene cluster.The keratinase activity reached to the maximum value after fermenting for 36 hours with an optimum culture temperature of 35 ℃.关键词
