Study on Chemical Composition of Dioscorea septemloba Thunb.(Ⅰ)
摘要
Abstract
The modern extraction techniques and spectral analysis were used to study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea septemloba Thunb.Eight compounds were obtained and identified as (4E,6E)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)hepta-4,6-dien-3-one (1),(4E,6E)-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)hepta-4,6-dien-3-one (2),4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (3),cis-3-isobutyl-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a] pyridine-2,5-dione (4),(S)-6,8-dihydroxy-3-phenylisochroman-1-one (5),α-Linolenic acid (6),1-Linoleic acid glycerol ester (7),Linoleic acid (8).Compounds 3,4,6,7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time,moreover,compounds 4,6,7 and 8 were obtained from this genus for the first time.关键词
