某型爪极发电机的模态仿真与试验分析
Modal Simulation and Test Analysis of a Claw-pole Alternator
摘要
Abstract
Precise calculation of natural frequencies and mode shapes is the foundation of vibration and noise reduction for claw-pole alternators. Noise test of a claw-pole alternator shows that it has the problem of overlarge electromagnetic noise due to the structure resonance. In this article, the model of the stator core and the equivalent volume model of the coil including the end winding are built. Meanwhile, the whole alternator model is established. Material parameters are also processed equivalently. The free vibration modals of the components and the whole alternator are simulated by means of finite element software. It is found that the test results and the simulation results are in good agreement and their maximum error is only 7.1 %. Finally, the modal test and simulation in constraint state are completed and the effectiveness of the modeling and the modal analysis method is verified.关键词
