敏度算法的二次珠优化改善油底盘的频率特性
Improvement of Frequency Characteristics of Oil Pans by Using Twice Shell Bead Optimizations with Sensitive Algorithm

Abstract
The dynamic redesign of oil pans in automobiles is carried out by using shell bead optimization with sensitivity algorithm. Since the damping of high order modals increases exponentially which will reduce the resonance influence of the oil pans on the whole structures, only the natural frequencies of the first 12 orders are taken to be accounted for the optimization. The objective functions of the twice optimization are to maximize the natural frequencies of the first 12 orders and to optimize the 600 Hz band gap. Through the twice modal optimization iteration, the frequencies of the first 12 orders are raised to above the starting frequencies of 0-200 Hz. Meanwhile, these natural frequencies are far from the frequency 600 Hz of the stable working condition of the automobiles. And the unification of the design, optimization and manufacture is realized.关键词
