副车架计算模态分析中衬套动刚度的当量方法
Rubber Bush's Dynamic Stiffness Equivalent Method in Modal Analysis and Computation of Subframes

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of rubber bush's boundary in modal analysis and computation of subframes, CBUSH elements are used to simulate the rubber bush by means of finite element analysis software with equivalent value of rubber bush's dynamic stiffness. This method is known as rubber-bush's dynamic-stiffness equivalent method. In this method, the dynamic stiffness of the rubber bush is always replaced by the static stiffness multiplied by a correction coefficient according to the ratio of dynamic stiffness to static stiffness. This method is realized by orthogonal test design. By comparing modals of testing with the modals of computation, the validity of the dynamic stiffness equivalent method of the rubber bushes is proved. The influence of the rubber bush's location on the accuracy of the modals is analyzed.关键词
