摘要

Abstract

The equipment for impact testing needs effective buffering protection under the rigorous shock environment. A new buffering platform with 3-direction large deformations can provide a reliable working environment for the testing equipment on the platform. Meanwhile, it can provide a stable power supply and a sufficiently large operating space in the progress of impact test. Buffering platform is an elastic platform that consists of large deformations air spring swith air damping cavity, which configures an isolation transformer and a continuous high power supply from the ship electrical power system. Based on the numerical analysis by MSC.Nastran software, laboratory test and practical equipment impact test, it is demonstrated that the buffering platform with the testing equipment is a necessary protection device for reliably acquiring testing data during the impact test.
