摘要

Abstract

A set of rice lines with large-panicle or large-grain were developed,which have the background parent of japonica rice variety Nipponbare,and the large-panicle line R1126 and the large-grain line TDX as the donor.In order to screen the ideal near-isogenic lines with different panicle size or grain size,thirty-three lines were evaluated.The results showed that the number of grains per panicle of P01,P05,P09,P19 and P20 lines were significantly higher than that of Nipponbare,while other agronomic characters were similar to those of Nipponbare.Grain weight and grain length of G08 and G09 were significantly higher than those of Nipponbare,while plant height,panicle length,total grains per panicle,seed setting rate and grain weight per plant were similar to those of Nipponbare.These lines,which with large-panicle or large -grain and based on the background of Nipponbare,were the ideal near-isogenic lines,and would provide the basic materials for further in-depth study.
