基于高光谱的冬油菜植株种子脂肪酸成分研究

Abstract
Three Brassica napus lines were used as the research object in this study.The rapeseed canopy spectra were measured by using surface wave spectrometer,and the fatty acid composition of mature seeds was determined by gas chromatography.The correlation analysis of three rape strains and one order spectral parameter respectively found that the five kinds of fatty acids and their characteristics of sensitive bands and difference vegetation index has reached a significant level with certain accuracy.When the three rape lines were analyzed together,the results showed that their characteristic spectral parameters and difference vegetation index were still above the significant level.Most fatty acids were significant in the mathematical model based on two variable model and difference vegetation index,so this study could provide a reference for the utilization of rapeseed quality breeding by rapeseed canopy spectrum,and provide reference for fast and lossless remote sensing monitoring of regional scale rapeseed growth and fatty acid composition.关键词
