Abstract
Objective:To establish a method to rapidly and accurately detect other animal species which were commercially adulterated in Placenta Hominis(Ziheche),a traditional Chinese medicine made from human placenta.Methods:An identification study was carried out on Ziheche and the adulterated samples by using TaqMan real-time PCR,the specific genes in pig,cattle and sheep which were most commonly adulterated in Ziheche were selected as primes.Results:The method could acurately detect the animal species of pig,cattle and sheep adulterated in Ziheche without cross reactions between the species,The minimum concentrations of three animals detected in adulterated Ziheche were 3.313,3.375 and 3.281 μ.g/g respectively.Conclusion:The developed method is highly sensitive,accuracy and rapid,it is excellent in specificity and stability,therefore it can be used in the identifications of pig,cattle and sheep adulterated in Ziheche.关键词
