水培益母草转化对苯二酚生成熊果苷的研究
Study on Biotransformation of Arbutin by Hydroquinone in Hydroponic Leonurus japonicus

Abstract
Objective:To improve the yield of arbutin,the conditions that hydroponic Leonurus japonicus converting hydroquinone into arbutin were optimized.Methods:The hydroponic Leonurus japonicus was used as the conversion reaction system.The hydroquinone was placed in the culture and the effects of the conversion in terms of concentration,different solution,mole ratio between sucrose and hydroquinone,reaction time and pH were studied.The contents of arbutin in the converted product were determined by HPLC and the product was identified with LC-MS.Resuhs:The quantity of hydroquinone should not be more than 8 mmol/L;The highest yield was gained under the condition that the hydroquinone was placed after it was dark to react for 24 hours,which was 14 times of that in the conversion in daytime.The mole ratio between sucrose and hydroquinone 0.5∶1 in the culture effectively promoted the reaction and the yield of arbutin increases by 134% than that without sucrose;when the pH was adjusted to 7.5,it is helpful to improve the yield.Conclusion:The hydroponic Leonurus japonicus free of arbutin is capable to convert the hydroquinone into arbutin,which opens a new way to acquire arbutin.关键词
