Evaluation of Germplasm Resources of Prunus humilis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To select excellent germplasm resources of Prunus humilis kernel,providing basic data for data base and breeding of Prunus humilis kernel.Methods:Kernel of 19 Prunus humilis germplasms were used as experimental materials,its appearance characteristics and the amygdalin content were detected and analyzed.Results:The different germplasms in Prunus humilis kernel and seed traits were significantly different,the degree of seed variation was greater than the kernel,and the coefficient of variations of the amygdalin content and the nucleus weight was 40.61％ and 24.46％,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that kernel dry weight and seed fresh weight,seed dry weight,seed longitudinal diameter,seed transverse diameter and kernel transverse diameter were positively correlated with each other,while kernel rate and seed fresh weight,seed dry weight and seed transverse diameter were negatively related with each other.Cluster analysis divided 19 Prunus humilis germplasms into three groups by each character index.Conclusion:Germplasm with large karyotype index suitable for kernel used of Prunus humilis,the first category has great potential to cultivate high quality of Pruni Semen.关键词
