Bioactive Material Basis of Medicinal Plants in Genus Chloranthus
摘要
Abstract
Genus Chloranthus is taxonomically classified as the member of Chloranthaceae.China is a country that Chloranthus species are the most widely distributed and diverse in the world.In this article,studies on their chemical constitucuts and biological activities as well as clinical uses were reviewed.The mono-and bis-sesquiterpenoid compounds are predominantly dominant type not only in amount but also in structural varieties,which should be one of important bioactive material basis of medicinal plants in some species of genus Chloranthus.The most characteristic feature of many sesquiterpenoid compounds in genus Chloranthus is the structural unit of lindenane framework (eudesmane skeleton) and their derivatives.These results could be used for pharmaphylogenic research of the medicinal herbs in genus Chloranthus.关键词
