液质联用鉴定单面针中的化学成分
Identification of Chemical Ingredient in Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl.by LC-MS

Abstract
Objective:To rapidly identify alkaloids in Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl.using the LC-MS.Methods:The separation was performed on a XAqua C8column(150 mm ×2.1 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1% formic in water by gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL· min-1.Electrospray ionization-(ESI) source was applied and operated in positive ion mode.The structure of alkaloids was speculated by MS/MS fragmentation behaviors of standards and related references.Results:20 alkaloids were elucidated from the methanolic extracts of Z.dissitum.Conclusion:It is a rapid and reliable method to identify the alkaloids in Z.dissitum by LC-MS.The result would provide scientific evidence for development and utilization and study of pharmacodynamic material basis in this plants.关键词
