Determination of Four Phenylethanol Glycosides in Aerial Parts of Lysionotus pauciflorus from Different Habitats by UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract
Objective:To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of four phenylethanol glycosides in the aerial parts of Lysionotus panciflorus Maxim.,and analyze and investigate the difference of phenylethanol glycosides ingredients in samples from different habitats.Methods:The determination was performed on the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.8 pμm) with0.1% formic acid-water(A) and 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile(B) in gradient elution as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 ml· min-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃.MS instrument was equipped with ESI-ion source.Gaining The extracted ion chromatograms were obtained susquently.Results:There are differences in the composition and content from different habitats.Conclusion:The developed method for the simultaneous determination of the four phenylethanol glycosides is simple,accurate,and reproducible,has great theoretical significance for looking for high levels of phenylethanol glycosides of plant resources and habitats.关键词
