Abstract
Objective:To study the fingerprints of the dried fruits of Rosa davurica,and provide reference for their effective quality control.Methods:The HPLC fingerprints of 18 batches of the dried fruits of R.davurica were performed,and subsequently analyzed through the similarity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results:The fingerprints of the dried fruits of R.davurica were established,the main components were effectively separated,10 peaks were obtained,and the four characteristic peaks were confirmed.The samples were classified into four groups,and three principal components make up 73.432% of the total variance.Conclusion:The fingerprints provide a reference for the quality standards of the dried fruits of R.davurica.关键词
