Improvement of Determination Method of Total Flavonoids in Epimedium Extract
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve the pharmacopoeia method for determination of total flavonoids in Epimedium extract.Methods:Epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin were used as reference substance to determine the total flavonoids with the pharmacopoeia method as the contrast.Results:The improved method had a better accuracy of measurement comparing to pharmacopoeia method.Conclusion:The improved method is easy,accurate,specific,and better suitable for determine the content of total flavonoids in Epimedium extract关键词
