摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for identification of identify the origin plant of Uygur medicine Hyssopus cuspidatus by DNA barcode technologyMethods:DNA barcode ITS2 sequence was used to establish a standard database of Hcuspidatus,and eleven medicinal materials "Hcuspidatus" were authenticated by the identification systemResults:Only two medicinal materials were from Hcuspidatus,one of them was from Hyssopus genus,and one was from Salvia genus,the other 7 samples were from Nepeta genusConclusion:ITS2 sequence can be used as an effective barcode to identify Uygur Medicine Hcuspidatus from its adulterants.关键词
