Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol soluble parts of 70% ethanol aqueous extract of the roots of Angelica dahurica cvHangbaizhiMethods:The compounds were separated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysesResults:Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as oxypeucedanin hydrate(1),heraclenol(2),(-)-marmesinin(3),(2'S,3'R)-3'-hydroxymarmesinin(4),sec-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-byakangelicin(5),tert-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-byakangelicin(6),(2'R,3'S)-3'-hydroxynodakenin(7),xanthotoxol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),adenosine(9),byakangelicin(10),and pabulenol(11),respectivelyConclusion:The principal chemical constituents are free-coumarins and glucosides in the n-butanol soluble parts of 70%ethanol aqueous extract of the roots of Adahurica cvHangbaizhi.关键词
