正交设计法优选胆石六号汤提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process for Gallstone Ⅵ Decoction by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of gallstone Ⅵ decoctionMethods:The comprehensive scores of total flavonoids,geniposide content and dry extract rate were used as indicators,the effect of amount of water,extraction time and frequency on gallstone Ⅵ of water extraction process were observed on the basis of single factor tests through L9 (34) orthogonal designResults:The optimum process was determined as follows:adding 12 times of water and extracting 1h for 3 timesConclusion:This optimized process is reasonable and feasible,which could guide industrial production.关键词
