Study on Oxide Film Rupture Behavior Caused by Film-induced Stress
摘要
Abstract
Oxide film rupture theory has become one of the most popular models to quantitatively predict the stress corrosion cracking rate at crack tip of Ni-based alloys,and crack length has been one of the important parameters of crack growth rate.To understand the micro-mechanical state with different crack length at the tip of Nickel-based alloys without considering the external load,the stress-strain induced by oxide film in the base metal was simulated and discussed using a commercial finite element analysis code.The results show that the stress-strain state induced by oxide film is different because of crack length,and film-induced stress is one of the main factors that can't be ignored in the stress corrosion crack growth driving force.关键词
