Effect of Rare Earth Er on Microstructure and Properties of ZK21 Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The effects of Er content and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK21 alloy were studied by using the method of adding different content of rare earth element Er,extrusion and holding heat treatment.The results show that the rare earth element Er has good grain refinement and inhibition effect on static recrystallization grain growth.With the holding time prolongs,the grain size of the alloy increases.When Er content is 1%,ZK21 alloy achieves optimum strength and plastic combination due to the combined action of fine grain strengthening and nano Mg-Er second phase dispersion strengthening.关键词
