摘要

Abstract

Selecting Mg-8.5Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn alloy,ZAlSi 12 alloy and the middle partition board 1060 alloy as raw material,using casting forming method to prepared the Mg/Al layered composite,the influence of middle clapboard thickness on microstructure and mechanical properties of composite materials was studied.The results show that the interface between the Mg-8.5Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn alloy,ZAlSi12 alloy and the middle partition board 1060 alloy have no obvious cracks or voids existence.There are certain hardness gradient in the transition layer and Mg-8.5Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn alloy or ZAlSi12 alloy,and the hardness of the intermediate transition layer are lower than that of the Mg-8.5Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn alloy and ZAlSi12 alloy.The thickness of intermediate diaphragm has little effect on the strength of Mg/Al composite,and the elongation decreases with the increase of the thickness of intermediate diaphragm.
