摘要

Abstract

YG8 strengthened layer was prepared on the surface of stainless steel mechanical arm through the electric spark strengthening technology,the phase composition,hardness distribution and wear resistance were tested by optical microscope,X ray diffraction analysis,hardness and fiiction wear test,and the mechanism of the surface strengthening layer was analyzed.The results show that the phase components of the surface strengthening layer are Co3W3C,Fe3W3C,Fe7W6C,Fe3Mo3C,W2C and (Fe,Cr).The micro hardness of the surface strengthening layer is far greater than the hardness of the base material,and the hardness of the intermediate transition region is higher than that of the substrate.Under the same friction and wear time,the friction coefficient of the stainless steel matrix is higher than that of the surface strengthening layer,the relative wear resistance of the surface strengthening layer is 3.4 times of the substrate,the wear mechanism is abrasive wear.
