摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the problem of shearer picks fracture failure in complex working environment,three kinds of working-state models (wear-off,wear dull and fall off) of pick cutter were established by Solidworks to find out the stress change rule.The stress and deformation of shearer picks in three conditions were analyzed using ANSYS finite element software,then the theory analysis was conducted.The results show that there is uneven stress transfer in shearer pick body,and the abnormal condition of cutter head is the main reason for fracture for shearer picks.The finite element analysis results are consistent with the practical failure.The finite element analysis can provide the theoretical foundation for improvement and optimization of shearer picks.
