数值模拟模具外角对2017铝合金ECAP变形的影响
Numerical Simulation of Influence of Outer Corner Angle on ECAP of 2017 Aluminum Alloy

Abstract
The thermomechanical coupled numerical simulation of equal channel angular pressing for 2017 aluminum alloy was carried on by rigid-plastic finite element method.The effect of the outer corner angle (0~50°) on variation of extrusion load,equivalent strain and its homogeneity as well as the sample temperature was studied.The results show that,with the increase of outer corner angle,the maximum extrusion load and the equivalent strain decreases abruptly at first,and then decreases slowly and the tendency changes mildly after the outer corner angle is higher than 30°.Whereas,the equivalent strain homogeneity increases firstly and then decreases slightly with the increase of outer corner angle and it is the best at 20°.In addition,with the increase of outer corner angle,the sample temperature decreases steadily.关键词
