Study on Process Parameters of Melt Deposition Rapid Prototyping Based on FLUENT Simulation

Abstract
Introducing the nozzle structure,analyzing several important parameters of nozzle with finite element analysis,a three-dimensional model of the nozzle was established.Using FLUENT software,the nozzle structure with the diameter of 0.2 am,0.5 mm and 0.7 mm was analyzed.Through the analysis of the temperature field,velocity field,pressure field,the relationship among the speed of squeezing wire,the pressure loss and the nozzle temperature was found under different wire feeding speed.The simulation results show that selecting the appropriate process parameters in molding process can prevent the material from clogging and improve the surface quality of the forming surface.关键词
