铝合金轮毂低压铸造的数值分析研究
Numerical Analysis of Aluminum Alloy Wheel in Low Pressure Casting

Abstract
The ProCAST software was used to simulate the temperature field and the stress field in the castings and the die casting mold in low pressure casting process of aluminum alloy wheel hub,and the defects such as convoluted gas and shrinkage hole in the castings were analyzed.The temperature and stress change curves of the mold cavity surface and key parts were extracted,the thermal shock of the mold was judged.On this basis,the optimization scheme was proposed and the numerical simulation was carried out.The results show that increasing cooling pipe in hot node and adjusting the thickness of the side mold can effectively reduce the shrinkage of the hub.Putting the improved program into trial production,casting quality and die life are increased accordingly.关键词
