摘要
Abstract
The riser and gating system of ductile iron shaft seal casting were designed respectively on the basis of pressure controlled riser and proportional solidification theory,and the filling and solidification processes were simulated using simulation software.The designs of gating system and riser were basically the same by comparing the two processes.The feeding processes of the two risers are different,but the final castings without shrinkage and porosity were obtained by comparing the simulation processes.Therefore,the same feeding effect can be obtained when the riser is designed by pressure controlled riser and proportional solidification theory.关键词
