The Establishment and Optimization of Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation System of Zantedeschia hybrida'Flame'
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To establish and optimze the tissue culture and rapiad progration system of Zantedeschia hybrida'Flame'.[Method] The bulb shoots of Z.hybrida'Flame'were used as experimental materials to study the system of tissue culture and rapid propagation.[Result] The optimal medium for induction was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA.The best proliferation medium was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA.The most suitable plant regeneration medium was 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS +0.2 mg/L NAA + 2.0 g/L activated carbon.[Conctustion] The tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Z.hybrida'Flame'was established to provide technology and the theoretical forndation for its rapid propagation and industrialized production.关键词
