农地发展权合作博弈的均衡保护研究
Balance Protection of Cooperative Game about Agricultural Land Development Rights
摘要
Abstract
The realization of the right of agricultural land development through cooperative game is one of the ways to optimize the power of each subject.On the current game status to achieve farmland development right,non-cooperative game sometimes highlighted,interests of the main body was consumed lurgely.Under the background of promoting the construction of urbanization in China continue,the land acquisition and development costs increased to result in unnecessary loss and waste of agricultural land resources.Around the game of farmland development rights,due to imbalance of the law,the status of the main body,the ability to achieve capacity and other aspects,so that it was difficult to achieve cooperative game.Therefore,it was necessary to protect the cooperative game balancely.In the game of local government,market development and farmers,we gave the parties a balanced protection structure,especially the protect vulnerable farmers to have equal status and way in the game.关键词
